It can be used for speedy fax transmissions done at 3 seconds per page. It comes with a faxing paper tray that can hold up to 150 pages to accommodate large incoming faxes.
It has a “scan and fax” button that enables users to scan documents into the machine’s memory before dialing. The automatic document feeder provides unattended faxing for up to 20 pages.
With 10 one-touch keys it can be programmed with up to 100 speed dial numbers. It also has a redial feature. The machine’s fax memory has a capacity of up to 70 pages and provides confirmation reports, including group speed dials, for up to 20 locations.
This fax machine uses a variety of paper size. Paper from legal size down to 3 x 5 can be utilized. It is able to automatically convert all incoming faxes from letter size to legal size. Fax forwarding is only available in black and white, but does enable the user to receive faxes on a PDA or cell phone.
